2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share accounts. Notify us of unauthorised use.
4. Job seeker rules
Information you provide must be truthful. You will not impersonate others or harvest contact information.
5. Employer rules
Listings must be for real positions, must not discriminate (UK Equality Act 2010), must not charge applicants. You will treat applicant data confidentially and comply with employment law.
6. Prohibited content
No fraud, spam, IP infringement, discriminatory or unlawful content, or malicious code.
7. Intellectual property
The Roleo platform is our IP. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it.
8. Disclaimer
We are a platform, not a party to any employment relationship. Verify all information independently.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You may delete your account from your dashboard.

England and Wales.
